We work with a wide range of organisations including charities, voluntary organisations and social enterprises.

We specialise in supporting organisations who work in the areas of criminal justice, and to support social development with young people and / or the arts.

The following organisations have chosen to work with Selinger Consultants;

Consultancy and fundraising support

We supported the Education function of this highly respected arts organisation based in Islington through a mixture of coaching, organisational development and fundraising support to help make them more sustainable.

“Leah worked with us in the Cubitt Artists education team for over a year, supporting us through a Theory of Change, a re-working of our internal systems and processes and the development of a Fundraising Strategy. This enabled us examine our work – our motivations, place within the arts education sector and our work within a larger organisation – and to think clearly about our shared vision. This has enabled greater efficiency, boosted team morale and supported planning for the next few years. Leah was a pleasure to work with, was able to get to the crux of a matter swiftly and her clear sighted support with funding bids was invaluable.”
— Dimity Nicholls, Education Director at Cubitt Artists

interim CEO

One year fixed term contract to cover the co-founder’s maternity leave.  Managing team of 10 staff and £430k budget to deliver against the organisation’s strategic plan during a phase of operational and financial growth.

Leah is a high energy, high impact individual. She has worked for us at Switchback both as a consultant and an interim CEO. As a I trustee I knew I could have full confidence in Leah and her ability to do a great job for us. She is multi talented and passionate, which is a superb combination. I cant recommend her enough.
— Katharine Danton, Trustee at Switchback
