Complaints Policy
At Selinger Consultants we are dedicated to providing high-quality services to our clients. We understand that there may be occasions when our clients are dissatisfied with our services or have concerns they wish to address. We welcome feedback on our work and are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
How to raise a complaint
If you have a complaint, please follow these steps:
1. Informal Resolution: In the first instance, we encourage you to discuss your concerns directly with the consultant you have been working with. Many issues can be resolved informally and promptly through open communication.
2. Formal Complaint: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the informal discussion or prefer to raise a formal complaint, please submit your complaint in writing via email to hello@selingerconsultants.co.uk
Please include
· The specific nature of your complaint, with as much detail as possible.
· What you would like to happen to rectify the issue.
· Your full contact details.
What happens next
Once we receive your complaint, we will acknowledge receipt within two working days. Your complaint will be promptly investigated by our Director.
Where the complaint concerns our Director, we will appoint an external consultant to undertake the investigation.
We will issue you with a written response to your complaint, laying out what we intend to do to put it right. We promise to do this within 10 working days, though will endeavour to do so sooner if possible.
Confidentiality and Fairness
We treat all complaints with the utmost confidentiality and impartiality. Your complaint will be handled sensitively and fairly, with respect for your concerns and perspective.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement
We value feedback from our clients and use complaints as an opportunity for learning and improvement. We will keep you informed throughout the process and welcome any additional feedback you may have on how we can enhance our services.
